This integrated wastewater treatment system combines *Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Biological Treatment (A/O Process), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), and Nano filtration (NF) to achieve high-efficiency removal of organic pollutants, suspended solids, nutrients (N/P), heavy metals, and dissolved salts. The system is suitable for industrial, municipal, and high-salinity wastewater treatment, with the capability to produce reclaimed water for reuse.

Oily Wastewater treatment process:
- Pretreatment Stage: Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)
- Function: Removes free oils, grease, suspended solids (SS), and colloidal particles through micro-bubble flotation.
- Key Components:
*Air Dissolution System: Generates 20-50 µm microbubbles.
*Chemical Dosing (Optional): Coagulants (e.g., PAC, FeCl₃) and flocculants (e.g., PAM) enhance removal efficiency.
*Skimmer Mechanism: Automatically removes floating sludge.

*Oil & Grease Removal: >90%
*SS Removal: 80-95%
